This Privacy Policy describes how GymLog ("GymLog", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the GymLog mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
GymLog uses Sign in with Google. When you sign in, we receive basic information from your Google account, such as your name, email address, and profile identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
We store the data you enter into the App, including your weekly program and split, the muscle groups and exercises you select, your sets, reps, and weights, completed sessions, your body weight and training days, and your progress history.
When you start a free trial or subscribe, the purchase is processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (for example, active, trial, or cancelled). We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
We may collect basic technical information such as app version, device model, operating system, and anonymous usage and crash events that help us keep the App stable and improve it.
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information based on: performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, after which we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with the law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account from within the App, or contact us to exercise any of these rights at support@gymlog.shop. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated in the App.
